Marquis d'Angerville

Marquis d'Angerville
The stony soil holds the heat of the sun to release it on the grapes, speeding up their maturation. These natural privileges contribute to the structure of the wine and to the complexity of its nose, enhancing its aromas, whereas climatic conditions confer the ageing ability. The slope, often steep, avoids excess of humidity and eases draining. Quality grape varieties, voluntary yield control, 100% hand-picking, strict vinification of each appellation and careful ageing in oak casks are required, each year, to allow the consumer to appreciate wines reflecting their individual terroir and vintage.
