Domaine Michel Colin-Deléger
This 50-acre domaine is based in the Cote de Beaune comune of Saint Aubin, and has holdings there and in Chassagne Montrachet, where they own a small section of Le Montrachet itself. The wines—produced in a gleaming new facilty—are notably elegant, and combine fresh, citrusy fruit with rational amounts of oak. The winemaker (since 1995) is Marc Colin’s 35-year-old son, Pierre-Yves.
