Brundlmayer
Very elegant bouquet of flowery, fruity aromas woven with mineral and spice; a fresh and very focused wine with medium body and a compact structure, stone fruit (peaches) and citrus on the palate; well balanced, vibrating but never unpleasant acidity and a very elegant mineral finish.
Food pairing: All types of seafood, grilled fish, fried chicken or Schnitzel; a good alternative to red wine in combination with roast duck; matches with all various Asian dishes.
Wine Enthusiast
The Heiligenstein vineyard is a great one, and from this Willi Bründlmayer produces three great wines. Of the three, this is the most accessible when young, already a complete wine, with minerality and also warmth from the very ripe, rounded fruits, just edged with crispness.

Crisp and refined Riesling, with concentrated mineral, apple, pear and spice flavors. Notes of piecrust, vanilla and ginger enliven the finish. Drink now through 2013.

Screw Cap
Wines sealed with a screw cap as opposed to a cork, which experts report protects and preserves wine more effectively than does a cork, while also eliminating the possibility of cork taint.
No Sulfites
All wines naturally contain some sulfites, however wines that contain less than 10 parts per million sulfites are not required to include "Contains Sulfites" on their labels.
